I still remember this disappointing answer from a Morgage broker but fortunately I contacted Mr. Saintilma to give me some ideas. I was surprised to see how eagerly he took my case to heart as if he saw in me a person even overqualified. I didn't tell him anything about the previous agent's answer just to try to see how far he could go. Today thanks to his competence in his field and especially his determination to give results I had to contact this previous agent by sending him my closing documents.
